The CEO of OMGPOP, Dan Porter, calls his former employee a failure on Twitter. He was the only one of 42 employees who turned down an offer to work at Zynga. Zynga bought Omgpop for $180 million.
The reason that he turned down the offer is that Zynga has a history of mistreating employees and he was afraid that his own project (a puzzle game called ‘Connectrode’) could get in the hands of Zynga if he signed the contract. He doesn’t want any trouble and wants to concentrate on what he loves most – making games!
Even the creator of Minecraft, Markus “Notch” Persson, had an opinion on the matter and called Porter ‘an idiot’. Porter eventually apologises on Twitter and just wanted to point out that his former employee let the team down by not signing the contract.
THAT IS SO FAKE I DO NOT BELIVE ITS NICE AND PRETTY BUT IT LOOKS SO FAKKKKKE. =(
